Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping is for people in Ireland and Northern Ireland. As this is a snail mail business there is NO TRACKING. Please wait up til 3 weeks before contacting me and 6 weeks before contacting me during Christmas holiday. Also, please subscribe to one of my social media channels ( Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok or Facebook) to be well informed on when your letter is sent. Return Cost
If you are unsatisfied with product I urge you to donate it to a school or friend that would like to learn more about the Islamic culture and Arabic pronunciations. There are many people who don’t have the information I provide and so you donating this item is very beneficial to someone out there and a good deed for you. The postage from the weight may not make it economical for you to mail back the letter back. This is depending on what country you are from. So, Contact me and I will handle this on a case by case status. Hello@dearsisterpost.com
42 Days to Request Return and Refund
Timing is started from the day I mail you the letter. On the 43rd day you can no longer request a return and refund. Since shipping varies your item has 60 days to be returned to me directly before a refund is issued. If item is not received within the 60 days a refund will not be issued, and it will be assumed that the item is not mailed back. Also, your refund will not be for the full amount as the shipping from my end or your end as it is not recoverable. If you are international 4 euros will be deducted from your total return. You (International person) paid 12 euros - 4 euros shipping = Your refund will be 8 euros. If you are from Ireland 2 euro will be deducted from your return. A person from Ireland pays 10 euros - 2 euros in shipping = Your refund will be 8 euros.
*Obviously if you have received a letter for free or where given a letter from a friend…you are not entitled to any type of refund because you didn’t pay anything.
