When will I get my Letter?

I send out The Dear Sister Post on the 15th of every month. Irish members typically receive their letter within 3-21 days of sending, and international members should receive their letter within 2-8 weeks. If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing info?

Email me at Hello@dearsisterpost.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email me before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending!

What Happens if I don’t receive my letter?

Sometimes the mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in Ireland during a holiday season and 8 weeks for international mail. If your Dear Sister Post doesn’t arrive, email me at Hello@dearsisterpost.com and we’ll make sure it is taken care of, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit! :)

The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter in the timeframe mentioned above, please reach out and we can work out sending you a replacement! :)
